Salad Days

During our time in Greece, we have had oodles of Greek salads. We simply can’t resist the delicious combination of juicy, red tomatoes, garden-fresh cucumber, sweet red onion, succulent olives, crisp green capsicum and its crowning glory, feta cheese. Most evenings, we succumb to its simple majesty – and Rykersaurus seems to have noticed. He said to Jason the other night, “If you have any more feta, Daddy, you are going to get feta-itis!”
