We thought the Rykersaurus would like to see the Evzone guards in their traditional uniforms outside the Greek Parliament so headed there one afternoon. This particular Evzone is guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Solider. We saw another Evzone outside the Presidential Mansion on one of our walks. Due to current economic climate, television crews and police were also stationed outside. Rykersaurus, however, was much more interested in the ginger cat that clambered over the presidential fence and entered the grounds. Have I mentioned that he is dead set on being a vet now and has worked out all the fine details, including how many assistants and receptionists he will have and what he will charge for an emergency visit? It does pay to plan ahead, I guess.
