Have I mentioned the late hours that the Greeks keep? Much like the Spanish, the Greeks are late night people and therefore don’t have breakfast until midday, take their lunch late in the afternoon and dine around 11 pm, or even later when on holidays. Therefore it isn’t unusual to see children ride into the town square on their bikes at 10 pm! The photos above show the opening hours of a local children’s playground: 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
