Still enjoying Greek food with relish. There is always a Greek salad at our table, which we enjoy with mezedes (appetizers) such as zucchini balls, fava beans or tzatziki. On this occasion, we followed with imam, a vegetable dish cooked in the oven with lashings of olive oil and Ryker’s favourite, pastitsio (or is that pasticcio or pasticchio? I have seen many versions of the word and am not sure of the correct one).  Jason still enjoys fried octopus and tucks into a tentacle every now and again, to the great interest of the Rykersaurus.
