On Rhodes, the Rykersaurus quickly reacquainted himself with the bougatsa crema – a traditional Greek custard pie made with phyllo pastry and sprinkled with icing sugar and cinnamon.  This delight can be found in most bakeries and is eaten at any time of day, although as you can well imagine, it flies off the shelves so is usually breakfast fare.
